Today, we welcomed Maryland State Board of Education Chair Dr. Joshua Michael, new State Board Member, Mr. Alverne "Chet" Chesterfield , and Student Representative Abhiram Gaddam to Somerset Intermediate School and Washington Academy & High School! Mr. Chesterfield, a former Somerset BOE member, enjoyed returning to familiar grounds, while Abhiram, from neighboring Wicomico County Public Schools, brought the student perspective to the visit.
